Note from the Administrator

I would like to invite all of you to visit us at, Douglas Rehab and Care Center where our motto is “Each resident deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Every day they live with us they become part of our family".

We are excited about the changes that will be coming to Douglas In the near future.  An upgrade to the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system will make our resident’s more comfortable in their environment, the retro-fit sprinkler system will enhance their protection and safety, and an expansion of the Therapy Services with the addition of the new Therapy Room. In addition to the above mentioned plans, I am proud to announce we recently had our State of Illinois Annual Public Health Licensure and Certification Survey and received zero deficiencies. This is rare and is Public Healths highest compliment.
